I get ALOT of magazines at my gym. Most of them I do not read due to lack of time of interest. As I was throwing some magazines on the rack I saw a picture of an uber swoled jacked dude holding an atlas stone on his shoulder. It was Derek Poundstone, so I read the article...pretty good.

But seriously Derek...bicep curls with the bar for a pump?:LOL:

Good article, I hope you can use some of this momentum to market yourself for some money.

Derek has low BF so he has a better shot at that stuff. Me on the other hand - I could be the "before" picture.
