Im 18 and from australia, never done any strongman stuff but im 2 time Under 18 and 1 time Under 20 australian shot put champ. So thats kinda cool in a way,lol. Anyways...

oh thanx for fixing my name dude. appreciate it :) my best put with the 16lb shot is 16.49m or 54 ft 1. nothing spesh but i threw that when i was 17 so for my age it was good lol. with the 12lb shot, which is the weight for my age my PB is 19.65m or 65ft 5. How bout ur self man.

Thats so cool u were a throw. U just went up a notch on my belt. that puts u at notch 1 :p just kiddin lol. Just wanted to use that line, snoop dog says it to ben stiller in starsky and hutch, haha

I threw the disc and jav. Wasn't very good. 3 stepped 185 in the jav and standing threw 155 in the disc. Didn't do the show, triple jumped and high hurdled instead.

Geoff Dolan, who just registered today, was a pretty good jav thrower.

Ben Stiller is awesome. he cracks me up. "Here at Globogym, we don't just think we're better than everyone else, we know we are!" What flick is that from?
