The flowery scroll work stuff in the top right hand corner seems out of place.
Maybe it has some sort of meaning otherwise, I don't want to offend.
Just my constructive criticism.

We believe the group training brings the best out of an individual! Competition is what makes our society thrive, so why not bring that to training?!?! Exactly...

"Prolifik Strength Training is a unique blend of conditioning and overall strength training.

Double check the grammer. Just two things that I noticed.

Looks pretty good and the links work. My only suggestion would be for the clientele page. Even though you've resized the images to about a tenth of the original size, they still take up the same about of bandwidth as the original file size which are several megabytes making that page load slowly. Also, each link displays a different title at the top such as PST Promo, What we have done for you!!!, PST and Prolifik Strength Training. If you just used one it would look nicer and uniform. Finally, maybe tone down the number of exclamation points. If you want, I can forward your site to one of my friends who designs websites and he can take a better look at it. He made this site for Jeremy Hoostra last year http://www.jeremyhoornstra.com/index.html.

Hey Craig that would be great if you did that for me! I made this site on one of those freebie deal sites, so you know how that goes.

Also I will tone down the exclamation points!
