But on a serious note from me, I appreciate your advice and would very much enjoy following it I'm thinking. Sounds way better than cottage cheese and oatmeal. And although I could maybe give out a few pointers to get you closer to your pro card. I'm not sure I'd want to be responsible for the damage that may cause to your otherwise superb body. The last 4 yrs worth of training has gotten me my pro card but has also gotten me a partially torn hamstring,herniated disk,ruptured pec and most recently a ruptured bicep. Some days I'd rather have Twinkies and Krispy Cream...not to mention special fans :BB:

I don't really know anything about this D.W., but I've seen him mentioned here and there. It seems like he's the brunt end of a joke. Is he just an incredible douche or something? Because from what I can see the guy has a ton of heart when it comes to lifting. He may not be very strong compared to some, but it appears as though he keeps pushing on.

His biggest problem is that he's a lot like Bush - if you're not 100% supportive of everything he does, he thinks you just hate him and will stop at nothing to tear him down. If you check out some of his older videos, he was an absolutely horrible deadlifter (weight on the bar notwithstanding, his form was everything you DON'T want to do when lifting). Whenever someone would offer constructive advice, he'd attack them. There was an incident with board members here, which happened before I found this place, where a bunch of folks chipped in to help him out and he basically slapped them in the face. I tried having a political discussion with him once. He and I probably agree about 80%. When I couldn't buy in to the "George W. Bush planned 9/11" line of "thought" (and I use the term "thought" very loosely) he branded me a sheep/statist/whatever and it went downhill from there.
If he'd take a Xanax or a Valium or something and just chill out, he'd be much more well-liked, IMO. He obviously tries hard and is committed to his causes, but he seems to alienate 95% of people he comes into contact with.

Dude definitely has a lot of heart, but something upstairs in how to deal with anything but praise just ain't clicking right for him. Many of us tried to explain that when people gave advice, they weren't hating on him, rather trying to help, but it fell on deaf ears. I think he was banned soon after he started digging at anyone who didn't rush to his defense once he started to make a royal jackass out of himself. And yes, people here including Jessee helped him out financially once, and even with that, he still decided to burn every bridge behind him. Not the best way to make an exit, but that was his decision and he's got to live with it.
