thanks guys, sorry I had a virus and was without my laptop for a few. now I'm back, actually trying to get back into competing again too. I am pretty excited to see where I am at after not training barely at all for over a yr.

I saw Tom's baby, ( I think her name is Sophia) she is absolutely adorable and looks JUST LIKE TOM!!! BTW, Tom it doesn't seem like you haven't trained, you are still abnormally large as well as freakishly strong. It's good to have you back!

Congrats Tom and good luck. I have a 14 year old and she is a handful. Girls are harder to raise than boys.
