overall I enjoyed the fights but...

I was pretty disappointed with the judges decision on the main event, who else thought shogun should have won that fight?

Everybody in the world, including Machida. Except the 3 judges, of course...

Yeah pretty much everyone out there thought Shogun won that fight. Even by numbers, he outstruck Machida 82:42, not that that's the end-all datum. I would have given it 50-45 or 49-46 for Shogun though.

I was at the fight. You could hear the kicks that Shogun landed on Machida throughout the entire arena. And they were loud and often. There is no way that Machida won that fight. No way no how. I scored the fight 49-46 for Shogun personally. The only round that someone could conceivably give to Machida is round one. Luckily there is going to be an immediate rematch from what I've read and heard so far.

i thought shogun won easily, but that's the problem with leaving it to the judges. i can't remember machida ever taking so much damage. those kicks were just as loud at home too.

i love watching rumble johnson fight. i know he didn't make weight but man he is big, fast & strong. i can't see anyone in that division (that includes gsp) beating him, jmo. of course clementi subbed him so you never know.

I think Dana White was quoted saying that they both agreed to a rematch. Hmm. Bad decision leads to a rematch= $$$$$$$$. I didn't watch the fight so I really don't know what happened. I was following it "play by play" online and I even thought that there was no way Machida won from what I was reading.

I thought rd 2 was def machida's moreso than the first.

Didnt agree withteh decision (I'm biased since i knew what happened) but we've seen much worse
