My trainer has compared my body type to his, i am having some trouble on the stones and he told me to watch his video, problem is i cant find aany of him doing STONES.

If you have one can you let me know.

keep an eye on espn classic in your area, they show the old ones from time to time. sorry couldnt be more help

The lighter stones he just picks up and one motioning it onto the platforms.

The heavier stones he picks up and rolls it to one leg instead of into his leap, because his belly is in the way..

So the stone rests on one upperleg and than he turns his upperbody a little bit and rolls the stone ontop of his belly and stands up with it. Quite awesome to see! :D

man that looks like an uncomfortable way to do the stones could really hurt your leg by the looks of it
