What do you think of Russian Kettleballs?

i have heard good things about using russian kettleballs for training, and i thought i would try them myself this summer, what is your take on them?

I picked up a set of Powermax Kbs from Gill Athletic, and enjoy using them. They are fun, they are not the end all be all of training tools, unless you compete in kettlebell sport, but they are a fun and different training tool

I've heard good things about Max Kettlebells, but the Gill Athletics ones were such a good deal I couldn't turn them down.

I need to pick up another 32 kg though.

what weight should i go with? i was thinking the 50lb. For those that use them, what does your routine look like?
