Hey guys,
Finally decided to sign up after a long time of lurking. I've been studying this forum like a textbook and soaking up all the knowledge. Hopefully I can be of some help (somehow maybe?) to you guys and give back! I've been registered on the PL/Strongman section of bodybuilding.com for a long time if any of you visit that board, i'm registered there as "JackBags."
