feb 1st,2006 10am
big squat day for me anyways
warmed up 15 bodyweight squats then stretched
10 reps with the bar down to the box(milkcrate)with a 45lb plate on top
then stretched
the rest followed each rep to the box all with no gear only rehband knee sleeves and compression shorts

Stones will come. You are strong enough (since you loaded the 348 stone already fresh) it's just you need to get conditioned to it to be consistent.

My training was going good training for the stronger than all 2 contest which happened April first but i STRAINED my bicep tendon 5 days prior and it killed my performance in the contest.First contest entered as heavyweight novice 278 lbs finished 3rd overall but only four competitors in the show.

I train twice a day on fridays. I do chest and tris in the gym in the an then in the afternoon i do a few strongman events.I noticed by doing this im not as smoked or overtrained as I have the weekend to recover.
