I just closed the ironmind captains of crush #2 gripper for the first time with each hand. It's not much, but I just got #'s 1 and 2 for christmas, and I couldn't close the #1 when I got them. I just wanted to share my excitement.

Nice job. Closing a #2 separates you from the "average" man in terms of hand strength. Unfortunately, those gains don't come linearly forever (e.g. you won't be able to close a #3 in another 6 weeks) but with hard consistent work you will continue to make those gains.

ive got #2 for 10, could probably get it for 12, but yes the 3 is a big step, im an inch off that

think i have more endurance though as i can close the trainer 30 times in about 20 seconds etc

I got the #1 and #2 a week and a half ago and closed the #2 yesterday two times...I will join in on this little race. :M:
