well, not really, but i am on the homepage of the NAS website. im the blonde guy doing the farmer's walk in the picture collage, nothing incredible, but i still think its pretty cool ;)

I wont really know until I test my maxes in about a month, I have been feeling rather run down though and have missed a few workouts recently. Other than that and hurting my back today pretty good , hopefully it wontbe anything serious, I am taking it easy for the next four or five days to be sure. You?
