My name is Andy Wasgis. I have been lifting wieghts for 14 years. Played sports in highschool, managed to play football for University of Nebraska, Omaha(UNO). I was one of the crazy guys on kickoff that run down the field and destroyed the return wedge of guys. Due to my disregard of all sanity I managed to give myself 3 concusions. 2 of which were severe to the point I did not know my own name. Pretty nuts but fun none the less. After being check out and cleared by the doctors. I started training Strongman at UNO, at the time my self and one strength coach (Rusty Ruffcorn) were using events to suppliment lifting. the next year I competed in the Heartland Challenge and managed to place 2. I could have went to nationals but had other obligations. the next year I placed 3. I graduated from college in december of 2003. I got a job with a company doing construction management. I was moved from Omaha to Minneapolis. I had to start working nights and was only going to be in town for a short while. I lifted in the apartments fitness center, which was a joke but sometimes you have to make do. In august I was moved to Phoenix, the hot sweaty armpit of America, although the women are unbelievable. I went from 55 degree high to 120 in a matter of days. lifted to maintain at a commercial gym hell, sometimes you have to make due. in january of 06 made promise to self to get back into shape and start competing again. :F: WAZ

What you can't even give me props from UNO. I see how it is now. Get your ass in shape and compete you bitch. You are, or at least were very f-in strong. I know a couple of guys in Chandler that train or at least have implements to train with. Tom Incledon, he is a nutritionist that works out of his house with his wife. I know he has a lot of toys because I helped him move his stuff into his house. I can give you his info if you wish just let me know. Good to hear from you. Glad you are doing well.

Damn Hammer giving me shit already. I did not want to drop any BIG TIME NAMES just to sound cool. Not all of us can do a double front bicept pose that makes the girls wet. mine are just for the fat ones and that wettness is them sweating in the heat down here. just getting back into things not as strong as I was but getting there quick. Except last week got the flu and it kicked my ass. dropped 10 lbs and couldn't move all weekend had a sh*tty workout monday just trying to work up a sweat. Feeling alot better today should have a good workout wends. :F: WAZ

Hammer Chandler is a long drive from N phoenix/scottsdale. I will be moving to either Colorado springs or flagstaff in a month. started collecting and building my own toys. working on construction sites does have advantages. later fellas :F: WAZ

The push press PR was awsome. just what I needed to kick start the workout. Shoulders felt great probably could have gotten 315 but the lockout on 300 was alittle shakey, I may try for it in a week. work schedual has been messing up lifting schedual. working 7 12's(13's for me) suck!!!!!!! trying to fit in workouts and get enough sleep(priceless). Been working my butt off trying to get the building I'm on completed, 14 hour days and weekends, working out at home doing body weight excersises, been doing hand over hand and truck pulls. Also started lifting natural stones, there is a rock quarry down the road from my apartment. Hopefully things will settle soon and I can get back to lifting heavy again.
As for the plate stackers, I saw them on another thread. I took 2 benches and placed them on either side of me and stacked the plates from one bench to the other, rotating. it is hard to explain the thread had a video, otherwise I would not know how to do them either.
Sorry about the no post will try to keep you guys updated. :D:
