Any thing in particular that you would attribute to your progress?

Alot of Tricep work to help with the lockout, Front squats helped alot with the initial drive, and Really working on dipping under the log/bars. I would have to say for me the Tricep work to help on my lockout helped the most. That is about all i really changed to help with log. Basically working on each movement togeather during the various overhead presses i do, and then sepreate in like front squats and tricep work.
And the great motivation from Kevin! :YR: It was him that said "hey lets work on triceps more on this day" and "we need to do more front squats"

Great job Brandon!
The way you smoked everyone down in AZ on the log press,(and most of the other stuff too) we knew you had it in you.
That is a milestone I really look forward to. (Although I am a long way off!!)
"Regular" guys at work/gym etc. have no clue how much more of an accomplishment a 300 lb overhead is compared to the almighty bench.
We look forward to seeing you guys again, and we'll look for you to make and impact at nationals. You guys have a great crew down there in AZ. :mag:
see ya

Thanks mark, I agree 300+ overhead press is far more impressive then a 300bench. Alot of people can bench 300+ but not as many can overhead press that much.
The crew here in Az is awsome, Its growing fairly fast with alot of great athletes. At this rate im hoping and wouldnt be surprised if alot of us ended up as main contenders in a year or two. :D
