So where do I go to get a tire around here? So I would like a tire, probably a smaller one of around #500. Do you guys have any readily available resources for me? Maybe you know where some tires are at but need a truck? I am in Olympia and willing to drive, pretty much anywhere. Any help appreciated!

look in phonebook under "tires"
look for an ad that has OTR tires in the ad. otr meaning "off the road"
phone them up and ask them if they have any otr tires that weigh roughly the weight you want.
go there and test flip it. because they wont know the exact weight unless you weigh it, and some tires will be really hard to flip if they dont have a grippable tread design.
if you wanted they would probably deliver for free also, because it costs a lot of money to dispose of big tires like that.

One of the reasons I'm blessed to live in Aberdeen is the Early Tire Factory. Little ass tires to big ass strongman tires (and larger); it's only a 30-45 minute drive for you. Without a doubt, one of the best (maybe "the" best)places in W. WA to get tires.

I have 5 tires(500lb-900lb) you can have if you are willing to come pick them up. You could train with us one Sat. and pick them up while you are here. (Sequim) Let me know.

Hey Rus,
I know of a construction company with used tires. I am suppose to pick one up from RV construction company in Port Orchard. I have yet to get down there. Anyways they have aa few I Know one is about 800 and they have some that are 1200. In anycase try some construction companies or even a farm that has combine harvester's

Rus,
Try Phelps Tire. We got ours from them. They have a store in Tacoma, and used to have one in Kent, WA. If not, they also got one in downtown Seattle off of Airport Way.
There was a guy named Doug, who I believe now works at the Tacoma store.
Some Les Schwabs have them too. It costs them money to dispose of it, unless they think they can sell it used, so they would gladly give them to you.
Good luck,
HIGA.
