I drink milk. every day. no matter what. gallon a day keeps the smallness away.

I only consume raw dairy products because I have a problem with congestion in my lungs when I drink commercial milk. When I get sick I stay away from milk. I love raw cheddar cheese and I eat it everyday.

Sometimes when I get sick milk makes the phlegm worse. Then I switch to goat milk. It seems to keep my throat from getting as phlegmy.

dairy will make congestion worse, so will sugar.

just drink milk and ridiculous amounts of water.. I'm just getting over a cold here, and tons of water really helps with congestion.
