That is an awesome lift! One of the more impressive lifts I have ever seen. Does that lift make him like the second or third guy in history to straight clean it without hitching? Ryan is a very nice guy and a very intelligent trainer. Great work!

Supposedly Mark H. did it, but Ryan is the only other person that I've heard who has done it without a hitch. BUT video confermation is the only reliable source and it's such an impressive lift why would any one else do it without documenting it?

Kudos to Ryan for an amazing lift!!!

There's a video around somewhere, I think it's on Cyberpump. I'd heard Hugo did it as well and was going to work on pressing a pair of Inches.

Three days prior to that video he did it for 5 reps at a demonstration! The video you see was taken after the last event of the Canadian Championships while waiting for the awards ceremony.

Ryan! He was at a demo to promote the Canadians with Hugo. Evidently Hugo did it with each hand and then Ryan was asked to try it and he banged out 5 reps from the ground :eek:
