My hips aren't very flexible and i was wondering if there were any stretches i could do to get them nice and flexible.

My hip flexibilty has been an issue, especially on stones. Didn't know I had a problem till stone work came into play.
I started doing lighter squats w/ one foot elevated on a 12" block deep. This has helped (higher reps, slow and under control.)
I also started doing plie style squats. Hold a heavy DB between your legs, place each foot onto a 12" block and squat down till the DB touches the floor. You must keep your upper body perpindicular to the floor. This has helped me gain some flexibilty in my hips, in turn helping me get deep on the stones for the initial pick.

Lie flat on your back with your arms out to the side and your legs straight out in front of you. Swing your right leg over and try to touch your right foot to your left hand. Have someone assist you in trying to lift your leg as high as possible. Do the same to the other side. If it sounds confusing, I'll try to send pics this evening.

I started doing kettlebell swings before workouts. I really think this helps release any tension you have in your flexors.

This comes from yoga...

Lie on your back and then bend right knee and grab it just below the joint with interlaced fingers. Then bring the knee up, out and around towards your right shoulder, avoiding the rib cage and squeezing with your biceps. Try to keep both shoulders on the floor and a straight spine. Do the same thing on the other side. Then bring both knees up like you're curling up into a ball, with your arms wrapped around just below the knees. try to grab the opposite elbow if you can. You want to try and flatten the spine on the floor, bringing the shoulders down towards the hips, and the back of the neck on the floor as well as the tailbone.

It's not really as complicted as that though.
