Rehband knee sleeve question

Hey everyone....

After feeling a tweak in my right knee last night doing squats I figured I would look into some rehband knee sleeves. I know alot of you guys swear by thier stuff but does anyone use the knee sleeves? How about the sizing.....do you measure exactly at the kneecap?

If you are just looking for warmth, then follow the size chart on the site. If you are looking to compete in them or for a little more support, I'd go one size down from what they recommend.
