Cause all that guy has is some large gross looking arms. I bet he has never injected synthonal at least I think thats whay it is called. Big arms don't mean anything.

The guy alledgedly said it was some form of growth hormone he injected into his arms, not synthol.

At least Valentino had a physique that would have looked awesome with 20 inch guns, this guy is skinny.

those quads looked jacked underneath those pants. I'd say a solid 20 in thigh to go with 40 in bi's. That's symmetrical
