I think it's called body dismorphic syndrome. Just like a lot of females suffer from this which causes anorexia and bullemia (sp?). I think there are men out there that do this to themselves with synthol to look as big and freakish as possible. I honestly think it's a mental disorder. But I'm no doctor. So take it for what it's worth.
