How do I attach a video?

I get this message everytime I try.
" Invalid Post specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster"

When you create a message, below the text window is a section labeled "Additional Options", click the Manage Attachements button, a new window will pop up, click the browse... buton next to the first entry box, select the video file and click Open, then click upload, followed by close this window. That should work as long as the video is of a supported file type, mov mpeg mpg wmv.
