If I could swing it this summer after I finish up with the 105's, I'll be looking for somewhere to train in the USA for a while. Who knows? :)
It'd be cool to train with you.

That is cool, I would have done something like "One more!" then on the other side "Ok another!" so I cant stop lol.

Yeah, it sucked... I flipped it once and couldn't read the message, so I quit. ;)

One of my training partners and I once did something to motivate each other on the tire flip. We stood on opposite sides of the tire, and flipped it back and forth to each other. The first one to quit has to do something humiliating. At the time, we agreed to just say "I'm a sissy". My previous max was 8 flips, and this was at the end of an event workout. I ended up with a new PR of 15 flips, and he still freakin' beat me!!
But, it was the most motivating tire flip workout I ever had.

paul, we've been known to do that in sequim, too, and it really is very motivating. if the other person does one, you feel obligated to keep going, even if your body and mind are telling you not to.

I wish I had a training partner. Never have, though.
