hello when raising the stones in the beginning,me hurts where frame the photos, sera tendinitis??en the other parts of the rise duele??que I cannot make to fortify that zone, thanks and pardon if my question is not understood very well because use a translator I synchronize I am Spanish and not ingles :BB:

It could be tendonitis or it could be the bicep is weak and there is some partial tearing (of bicep's tendon) of some sorts. I would try all try all types of curls to really strengthen that tendon and muscle.

hello thank you very much to answer,e lazy to raise stones by weeks and and not returned to have annoyances, I believe that it can be that training to much then has weak biceps not them, that exercises recommend me to fortify them for stones, thanks :BB:

Before your workout try to do bicep curls with 3kilograms for about 30 reps. My friend said this worked very good for his hurting biceps

I also do bicep work before stones.

hello thank you very much no longer I have annoyances, so that and getting up stones will not try it again as they say thanks and some exercise I specify pair to fortify the zone some curls in special :BP:
