Is it possible? I was hanging upside down on my inversion table and started thinking... guess all the blood rushing to my head kickstarted something. Well I couldn't even do one without any additional weight. I will keep trying though. Figure it takes God power in the Abs, Hams, Quads, Moos, and who knows what else.
Has anyone ever tried this or think that it even determines a kind of strength?
Happy Easter BTW for those who appreciate Easter. Anyone have a Giant Easter Egg Stone that they are gonna hide? If ya find it ya gotta lift it....no candy here! :M:

Post some pics of this. :)
I once did upside down military presses. I did like double my upright military press, and I'm confident for more.

WTF how'd did you do double!? You must be flipped!! Seriously try to do a reverse squat, ne eccentric crap, I'm talking upside down, I couldn't do one, I think this must be a strength measurement!!!
It takes God Power men, or Strength if you wanna get small.

I thought you were saying that you were hanging upside down, and tried to pull yourself upwards in a squat position. ;)
My comment was about me hanging upside down and letting gravity take the bar down to an extended position. Ba-dum-pum.

how in thy hell would you do a upside down squat, in order to do a squat you have to push up fromt he squat position. An upside down squat i guess would be called a squat curl? hahaha

U gotta be messed up to laugh at an upside-down (anti-gravity squat). Come on can you blow up a thick water bottle also. Strongmen are strong in many ways.....

haha im not laughin at the actual movement. I laugh at the name because well it cant really be a squat since your not techincally squating. your pulling now. Which if im gettin this right. Your using your hip flexors, abs, and hammys to pull yourself up into a squat position?
If that is what your doing then its like that one exercise forgot the name. But you pull yourself on a sliding bench with your hamstrings? its not leg curls i think but some other crazy name.
it prolly takes incredible stabilzer and hamstring strength no doubt, just cant call it a squat... MAYBE you can rename it dude, maybe you just invented a new exercise we can call it the garrick leg curl, or the Draft inverted squat!

I'm just playing around also, ... the whole thing is just for fun! Maybe we can call them super duper anti-gravity power reverse thrust body pulls....hahahaha

It sounds more like an upside down chin up.
But I don't think you'd want to call it a butt up.

I did those in highschool (20 years ago), but in gravity boots, so you were free to move around more and always called them reverse squats, cuz the strength is in going to the squat position not out of the squat position. I am pretty sure I couldn't do one now though :) .
