Hi,
I have an intensiv back pain while doing revers hypers.
I have totally no idea where it comes from. But as far as i can remember I`ve always had it...
I didn`t do them for at least, i think, one year now and this morning I thought I try them again.
Immediately when I did the first rep my lower back hurted like hell! But I keept on going for 2 sets 21 rep and 2 sets 12 rep (just the weight of my legs so absolutly not heavy). I was not able to do any other movment after this so I stoped training.
Now its getting better.
By the way I have not bought a Revers Hyper I´m using my Bench that I´m setting up on the right high. But I personally think that this can not be the reason because it`s an very simple movment and I do it absolutly light, right now!
So any ideas? Keep pushing through the pain or stopping?
But I do not really wan`t to stop because I think it`s an great exercise and worth doing it but if I would have any idea where this pain comes from I would be much more confortable...
Maybe flexibility?
Thanks,
Tobi
