Man I would go back in a heart beat. Was an awesome time, you boys know how to party! Got a spare bedroom/couch?

Dan/Kara- thanks, the deer was shot by my buddy in the pic, just up the canyon back home on the ranch, about a three mile walk (down hill). It was his first ever (you never forget your first).

The wedding was great, she actually said yes. Ya never know there's always that chance. The reception was a blast, a country band, six kegs of beer, me and a whole pile of my closest friends.......hammered. I was planning on Corey's show but there will be no hvy wht pro-qualifer this year, and would be quite a ways to fly from Phily to get there. I will most likley try and do the Battle of the Badd-ass in May, and Vans show in July. BTW Callie lookin shredded, great pics!

Callie- In Feb of this year I accepted a job as strength & conditioning coach @ Temple U here in Phily. So I packed up a U-haul and headed out. Still pretty recent stuff, so don't feel to far out of the loop, although I've never lived in Boise (Pocatello). Vans comp, thats great hope to see you guys there, if I'm in a position to fly out I won't miss it.

Corey- Man you know that guy it's Daymon from the ISU comp this fall. Saw the pics from the Fit-expo lookin fit bud, how much you weighin these days?

A pirate walks into a bar with a steering wheel wedged down the front of his pants. The Bartender is behind the bar scrubbing a glass and happens to look up up just as the pirate walks in and does a double take. The bartender says to the pirate "Hey buddy, what the hell, did you know you have a steering wheel down the front of your pants." The pirate replies "ARRRRR I know, it's driven me nuts."

IRONSPORT BABY ALL THE WAY!!!! Glenolden, PA. Excellent gym, if any of you are ever in the area I highly suggest you stop by.

Callie- "The city of brotherly shove." Truer words have never been spoken. Temples campus is right in the heart of north Philly, a great oppurtunity to see it all first hand. Gogola gave me a good one that also applies "Filthadelphia." All very true.

Jesse- Hey if you can make it out of good ol' Pocatello Id, I figure you can make it out of just about anywhere.

Bob- There is some great training to be had over at Ironsport. You should head over one of these weekends. Also I have stones, platforms, logs, axles, kegs, and a decent gym at Temple in Mcgonigle Hall, your welcome there anytime.

thanks much brother, I'll take you up on that. I know exactly where it's at. They always had a decent gym over there, but sounds like you've improved it.
