Well, I'm officially spoiled on good food. I don't really eat sugar any more, and I only eat organic vegetables and free range meats. Yesterday I went to my future in laws house for Easter dinner and had store bought ham, frozen vegetables, a Cadberry egg and a chocolate bunny. I felt like crap the rest of the day. I've learned my lesson. Your body has to get used to bad food. Once you take it away you can't process it anymore. Just stay away from the evil stuff for a month or so. Trying to go back after that will make you sick and you'll be able to keep eating healthy without even trying.

oh that is so true. I ate at McD's a while ago cause I was in a time crunch. I hate to admit it.... but it's true... I ate 3 double burgers and had heart burn and upset stomach like I've NEVER had before. I seriously thought I was gonna hurl.

Back to the organic foods I go. ahhhh.... feels good to feel good!

man thats so strange. i eat clean 95% of the week (i'm down to pretty much 2-3 cheats at the end of the day fri/sat/sun), but i do love me some cookies, pizza etc.

btw, i don't think of McD's as real food...its a notch above a snickers IMO and i would rather eat the snickers (taste wise). when in a jam, i resort to nuts, and trail mix (or protein shakes).

haha i know exactly what all of you mean. When i finally decided to indulge in a snickers bar i practically gagged on the sugar.

Hmmm...I had a 14 piece KFC family meal on Friday night...felt great!!! 14 pieces of chicken, corn on the cob (gave to Nefi), 4 packs of fries, 2 little containers of cole slaw (gave one to Nefi) and about a Liter of whole fresh milk. Sat on the couch and watched Rocky III and IV :)

I ate a 40oz prime rib, the big potato, salad, my share of the rbead, AND a freaking MASSIVE mud pie dessert to finish it (and me) off. It was at a really nice steakhouse in San Diego and it cost me nearly 60 bucks... I ate the latter half of the prime rib without knife and fork...i just picked it up and ate off the bone....very manly....then the waitress came by and was shocked....so i just picked up the potato with myhand and rammed it into my mouth which sent her screaming and running away.

I RULE

I almost gassed my friend to death with Real Ultimate Fart Power in the car afterwards....

find a way to make the things that you like in a healthier way. I know they wont taste exactley the same but they can be still be good. For example you like pancakes. Try making them with buckwheat and top them with zero calorie syrup and some fresh berries.

I never learn. I had a moment of weakness this morning and had half a sugar cookie. It was a gift from the president of the university, so I couldn't really turn it down. I feel like complete ass now.

The only time I will go to McDonalds is when I have to have some chicken nuggets. A 20 piece with fries and a powerade. Kicks ass, but i would NEVER touch their "hamburgers" again. Ever. Whenever I do, i feel sick all day and have the shits like nobody's business. Not pretty. I KNOW that ain't real beef they use. It's probably ground up beaks and pig brains. Lips and assholes, people. Lips and assholes.

Anybody know how much actual chicken is used in McDonalds chicken nuggets?
BTW Cadbury eggs are HORRIBLE. I HATE THEM ALL.

Join the club.

In-n-out burgers ARE clean though. Their beef standards are one step higher than USDA.

That's what a hamburger's all about, baby.
