Yoke vid!

Had 2 good event days this weekend, new 8"log pr 170kg(374lb) and I carried a 470kg(1034lb)yoke 10-12m! that is only my second session with a yoke in over a year.

Im a favorite for Wales`s strongestman! Which britains? ifsa- TWI or the uk`s?
my training is going very well this year touch wood, but with all the political bullshit going on at the moment I dont know which federation to go with? Uk`s(Glenns) and TWI dont mind you competing in other federations but IFSA has said to a couple of athletes if they compete in other feds they will get banned from IFSA!
