Just got my Grassland Beef order

Hey guys I just got my Grassland Beef order - I am hoping I can get it semi-thawed and sectioned off into 1 lbs bundles tonight. The color of this meat is excellent - very dark, looks like ground steak!

Shawn what did you order from them? I just ordered 25lbs of the 75% ground Beef and the web site says that it comes in 1lb cryovac containers. I was assuming that this meant that it would already be in 1lb bundles.

I ordered the one about 3 - 5 items above - 20lbs - 2 10lbs chubs (it was cheaper to split the meat into my own 1 lbs bundles).

I hope you can make a change.

Thanks, I see what you did, I totally missed that option, oh well, the wife was pretty happy when I told her that it would already be in 1lb packages and my motto is "When the wife is happy I am happy"
