Being that weightlifting takes its toll on the body, I was wondering what types of massagers do you guys use? (besides the fingertip ones, hahaha)
Personally, I would love to get weekly massages from a massuest but I am too broke to get them even once a month. So I was trying to find out what are some good hand held massagers..
I was at Brookstone (a store for all types of gadgets) and they had a hand held one that was so strong it was making me feel very weird (but in a good way) with it on my lower back while standing in the store
I borrowed a homedics massage mat that vibrates, but then that just isn't strong enough for what I need...
And I type this while I sit with my lower back on a heat pad, haha
