Yesterday I squatted 200X20... we got some good pics!! But we will wait to post the big video next week!! (220X20) It felt pretty good, and I have confidence in my lift next week!!! Surprisingly no muslce soreness (yet) just the typical tight glutes and knotty left quad!

For my first try it went well, I was tired as hell afterwards and am still a little fatigued and sore today but looking forward to next weeks already :D .

never considered it... think i would need to weigh about 100 lbs though hahaha maybe i will try for something silly, maybe copy sarges 98 squat... but shoot for 101...

Callie... you rock!!!
I have never trained to see what max weight I could do for 20 reps....
I get bored too easily!!!!
Maybe I'll have to try it now... and then I will really appreciate how strong you are (cause I think it would kill me!)
Hope all is well.
My cast is off my arm and I trained events on Saturday for the first time in three weeks! It felt good. My thumb is still sore, but it is healing. Log was a little too much pressure right on the second knuckle, but farmers and stones were easy enough.
Thank goodness.
talk later.

there's nothing boring about 20 reppers! takes about 2-4 minutes to do the set. hit one once a week for about 6 weeks adding weight each week. you'll be passed out before boredom sets in! haha

Don't be giving Geoff any ideas!!!!!!!!!!!!
He'll kill me with squats ... if he reads this!!
Ha... just joking. You're right, I should try it.
Also, I guess I didn't mean bored... just lazy ;)

my best that i've tried so far for 20rep full squat is 155lb.
i don't think it was the squatin that was hard...it was the pain you endure...on your lower back....your traps.....not to mention your heart is like a runaway train by the time you hit 13th rep.
And every time i do it..my mind always tell me to rack it up...but damn it...i was like..."last 6 reps of my life!" ahhahah
And the back hurts so much that you really just want to drop the bar!
No body knows what hard work is until they do 20+ rep heavy squats!
