With thanks to Steve Kirit for the idea, I made one of the duct tape sand bags idea he gave, only I used two 80 lb cement bags and thought I would share a picture of it.

what cost more, the 2 bags of cement or the rolls of duck tape that u used? lol

Cool, I'm gonna make one of those.

Was there another post talking about making these?

What kind of technique do you use when picking it up? Seems like it would be tought to lift it over the top, like a stone.

I typically just grap it from the sides and pick it up like a bent over row. My arms are long enough that I can bear hug it for doing lap to above chest reps.

Thanks. It's always nice to find a use for my left over crap. I must have 5 or six old sacks of concrete laying around.
