Jay ~ 21 y/o Full-time personal trainer. I took a year off but I'll be going back to school in the fall to go on and finish physical therapy. I started lifting in HS for basketball and instantly got hooked. After my basketball career was ended when I was 17 with knee surgery #4, I got a little more serious with the lifting. I've tried a lot of different programs with variable results, as well as my own ideas, but after stumbling across Doggcrapp Training I've REALLY developed a hunger to move some weight! I don't quite have the joints to be competitve at it, but I can always compete against the log book :D
Ben ~ Roughtly: 5'11", 200 lbs and 13% BF (I was 5'11" & 120 when I first started lifting 5 years ago). I haven't flat benched in a long time, but my best squat is 315 x 5 (I go rock bottom and slowly progress the weights, it's the only way my knees can handle it), and my best deadlift to date is 415 x 4. Any other stats I should've mentioned but didn't, just ask, lol, I'm not used to having people ask for stats!

Great job with the lifts regardless of injury. 13% b/f is pretty lean. I am also a full time CPT and I will also be going back to JC in the fall. Just was wondering about stats background or if you train strongman, that's all.
Welcome to the board bro.

I would love to do a strongman competition in the future, I think it'd be a GREAT experience, but for now I'm more motivated to fill the physique out with slabs of muscle and be a human forklift in the gym, lol. But I'm young, there's plenty of time :D
