I am still alive and well in West by God I wish I could go home and leave this place behind Virginia. Karl told me somone asked where I have been. I am still working 90-100 hours a week. I don't get much time off, but I only have till September to finish. I still train with what little time I do have. No world records being broke here. I do see all you guys coming along great. I can't wait to be able to put my feet back into the arena that awaits me. I am not dead maybe just forgotten. I hope to see you all soon. Schoonie

Schoonie, speak of the devil. I watched your qualifier for 2001 in Zambia tonight, taped it off ESPN classic. I can't wait to see your hat back in the ring, to show some of these whippersnappers just how to do it...

Thanks for your update - I know alot of us here can't wait to see what you are capable of once you have the time to get your train back on the tracks.

Hey Schoonie....
Not forgotten at all dude! Been using the Tower of power workout from PLUSA
Glad to hear your doing well.
I know how work can interfere with training... first hand! I work with a cousin of yours at Madigan Army Medical Center...
Look forward to seeing you compete again.
Good luck to ya!
