Keep looking on ebay. When I was trying to find a pair I noticed that 1 or 2 pairs went up every few days. I think it took me less than a week to find a pair of adidas in my size (that were barely used) for under 100 bucks

I got the DoWin's from powerliftingstore.com - they were around $80 and have reinforcing straps like the addidas. They seem to have a much higher heel than the addidas shoe.

I got the vs athletics shoes and they work great, it took me a couple workouts to get used to the heel though.
