I noticed the elblow in that tie up as well, but I think there was just some confusion on which hand shake to use. Hugo was going for the normal hand shake with shoulder pat combo and Magnus was going for the arm wrestle hand shake bring to chest with back pat combo. Or it was a long going rivalry j/k.
