56" cold, (not bad for being 5'9") probably alot more after I work out. Just think... Hugo's chest is 60" Imagine how big his shoulders are, or big Dom's. Yikes.

While we are on the subject: cheat 44" and waist 39" , great thing about having big shoulders is that it hides your waist

52" shoulders. This will get bigger from growing and training.

54" but they are naturally broad. If they were more muscular than a 12 year olds then they might be more like 60". :o

yeh hugo's a monster, what about mark henry though - ive read his chest was 62" an that was when he didnt train bench press :F:
anyone with 70in shoulders on the board??

182cm, 99kg, 53" around the shoulders. Ah well, it beats the 36" waist, that's the main thing.

I'm only 47" but I'm a lightweight (5'9", 175 pounds). Probably a heckuva lot more than it was when I first started lifting in Jan 2005.

And being half Irish myself and from a family where celiac disease is pretty prevalent, not quite so different from you in other ways.
