Jesse or anyone else ever try cable training (ala JV Askem). Jesse, I know you trained under JV, and I was curious if you incorporate this style. I use a lot of Westside in my training - mostly bands (some chains) on DE work. I've read some of JV's stuff and wanted to know some results.
