Well, I decided to quit being a big wimp and try a genuine set of maxxing out on 20 rep squats. I did "smashed cat squats" for 10x10 with 315, and a few people said the 20 repers were probably harder. Well, I Think they are as hard mentally and a bit harder physically. I was shaking a lot afterwards and it actually felt good! However, I tried one more rep a few minutes afterwards and almost hit the floor on the way down. My workout consisted of one good set of squats and a few warmup before hand and I was toast! Used 360lb and below thighs below parralel on each rep so they counted. next week is 380lb. I actually am looking forward to them, is something wrong with me? :D Only bad thing is my gym isn't too hardcore and on the last 5 painfull reps I was yelling and got some looks of disgust, but I had to try them. Brutal! anyone else do these?
