Did you have victory sex after the pull? That could cause the sore stones. lol

Jamie, is your lower back sore? Sometimes when your lower back is out of alignment it can cause sore "stones". My Ciropractor told me it is pretty common in men to have that soreness associated with lower back problems. I find that when my back goes out it isn't while lifting, it is some time later when I am bending over or twist wrong etc. and a few trips to the chiro and good as new.

Just a thought and congrats on the PR that's great.

For some reason my post didn't update earlier.

It happens to some of us, and it's not because of our "alignment".
It's usually the result of pelvic congestion or vasocongestion; when more blood and lymph flows into the testes than flows out. When deoxygenated blood remains in the testes for a while, then it can cause discomfort and aching. If the blood is not released and allowed to reoxygenate, it will cause a feeling slight discomfort in the testes. It can happen when you're making out (from the pushing upwards of your libido) or working out (from the pressing downwards of your diaphragm) etc. I've found it happens more to me when wearing a suit or tight underwear. Sometimes it's related to blood pressure, sometimes not. My 2 cents.

Jamie... save your money. A chiropractor willnot be able to answer your question.Your stones are sore due to the inguinal ligaments that get strained while pulling heavy weights. It is not unusual for some people to experiance their testicles ascending. A good warm shower or bath with usually make them drop back into place.

Yes it's normal, and it's not because of your "alignment".

Ryan I wasn't telling him what is wrong, I am not a doctor and would never diagnose someone in person or over the internet. He was looking for suggestions/ideas of what could be wrong. While I have never had my back go out while lifting it has doing other things and the chiropracter has always fixed the pain when a regular MD could not.

The ONLY person making a lot of money of me is my Employer!. I see a chriopractor maybe once a year and then for only a few visits and he has me up and going again. I understand some peoples views on chiropractors becasue like MDs there are ones out there in it only for the money and will keep you going longer than you need to or for MDs unneccesary tests, etc. That is why if you are considering going to one ask around and talk to peoplefind a good one, same with MDs.

Again I would never tell someone that this is wrong or it is normal over the internet because everyone is different and ignoring a problem can only make it worse.

Jay you are right all information is good. It is nice to know that we have licensed medical people posting on the site, keep up the good work. I am only a lowley control systems engineer, so if anyone posts a question about PLCs, DCSs, HMIs, Instrumentation, etc. I'll catch it;) .

I appologize if my response came off hostile, I get defensive about certain things, the main one being the right tool (or here the right person) for the right job. I don't go to a MD for a toothache and I don't go to chiropractor for an ulser, etc... I feel I have lived long enough that I know my body fairly well and know when I need to see what kind of doctor.

Also I should have waited on my response, I had just got off the phone with GE "Customer Service" on my extended warranty on my washing machine. I am comimg to the conclusion that customer service is dying a slow and horible death in America:( .

Funny you say that about Customer Serivce.......I work in Customer Service for a Moving Company.

My Dad once told me........

If your not bringing the money in: Sales
or
Making the Money: Service men
or
Counting the money: Accouting
-
Your costing money: Customer Service

Unfortunatly in today's "Bottom Line" society your right - customer service is dying a slow death!

Mike your dad sounds like a wise man. I don't blame the customer service people for this, I blame society. I know the people on the other end of the phone are only doing their job so I tend to give them a break and try to be as nice as possible. But in todays it's not my fualt, I want something for nothing society, I think alot of customer service people get abused by idiot customers. And I imagine it doesn't take to many bad phone calls to make the customer service agent a little callous to all customers.I appload you for being in customer service, it is a job I wouldn't want, keep up the good work. And the only reason I have ever switched from one service company to another (TV, Cell phone, etc.) is because of poor customer service, so in my book they are just as important as the salesman.

BTW I recently had a problem with an order from Egg Whites Int. and their customer support is beyond excellent!!
