HAAAA!!! Thanks man. I'm still under 280. I was near or at 290 last year at this time but not near as strong. Stronger, bigger, faster, but I keep weighing less. I think that the guy at the gym keeps moving the weight thing on the scale every week to make the women at the gym happy.

better be careful Clint... you are starting to look like a ... dare I say, Body-builder. Regardless, you look great! Keep the good work... I have those specs for the stone pedistals... let me know if you want them posted on this string.

I'd love to see the specs man!!!!

6'2"...188cm I think it is.
I don't think that my lats look like that in person...they are actually pretty thin. My erectors have always been pretty thick though. I just need mine to be as explosive as Jessee's now...

Whats wrong with looking like a Bodybuilder? Mariusz looks like one and is one of the best strongmen ever.

I was simply asking a question.. It just seemed like being a BB was a bad thing the way you stated it. Oh, and I dont use caffeine TYVM.

Whats wrong with being a bodybuilder? I'll tell you what's wrong darn it. Here it is: as a bodybuilder you don't get to experience the intense thrill and rush and radiation of power that lifting solid stones untill your arms bleed brings to every man, women and child that puts their heart into doing it.
With that said, I'm going back to my posing practice so that I can post some more pics with this new fake tan I'm working on... haha
Seriously though, strength athletes can learn ALOT from bodybuilders especially in regards to maximizing performance through proper nutrition. Which reminds me, Jacob, thanks for your many nutritional related posts. Much apreciated!
This forum rocks!

JAcob... I was making a statement... to Clint. It was meant in jest. Enough of the political correct stuff... What's wrong with being a Body-builder? Where should we start? WOuld you like me to break it down on a pathophysiological level as far as metabolism? If that's the case, there is not enough room on this page.

I would like to read your "pathophysiological level as far as metabolism" explanation. Feel free to use big words and things, I will understand. This isn't a flame post, but a honest request for your scientific view on bodybuilding.

Thanks Jesse. It was about 'looking' like a BB not actually being one. Most BB dont know too much about training. Thats why Im here, so I can learn.. I want to do strongman eventually. BB is too subjective IMO. Patrick is helping me with my training, he's one of the smartest people I know.
Jay, chill bro. I was simply asking what was wrong with 'looking' like a BB as your post read to me that it might be bad. Then you try to say Im a spaz or something on too mach caffeine? I dont have anything against you, I was merely asking a question, thats why I used the confused smilie. The bickering is becoming non productive, Im done. :)

I think that I look like I do...simply just because I look that way. It isn't like I'm trying to be lean or have a "bodybuilder" type physique.
Of course...I've gotta work on my tan though.
