If anyone read my "hey, im new" thread they know I was in bodybuilding for a while. And I know my diet was planned out and pretty much perfectly clean. Im just wondering how clean most of you eat and what some of your diets look like. Thanks alot.

because i have fast metabolism...i'm eating about 4800+calories....

10 eggs a day
half a gallon of fatfree milk
1 cup dry rice
2 cups dry oats
4 bananas
10-12oz beef
1 can of tuna
6 scoops protein

are just some of my foods for the day....and when i'm sick...it makes it that much harder to down all the food without throwing up.

My average daily diet:

6 whole eggs fried or scrambled
2 pieces home made bread w/ butter
2 cups coffee

3 scoops Ultra Size w/ 4oz heavy cream

1lb Grassland beef
1/2 cup brown rice or Quinoa
1 cup broccoli

2-3oz walnuts or almonds

1lb Grassland beef
2 cups green beans

That's about it for mon thru friday. I'm a bit looser on the weekends. I usually have a post-workout shake too.

Well I'll give some numbers
310g protein
205g carbs
10-20g fat
But then again it's contest time and I'm dieting.

On a good day I end up with 300g protein, 200g carbs, and 70g fat. No sugar, no white flour, and all carbs from fruits, vegetables, oats, and low or non-fat dairy. Avoid liquid calories wherever possible and eat as much organic as possible.

On a bad day things like milk, beer, and Chipotle make the occasional appearance. Things will probably loosen up once I get under 105kg
