Hey Dummy... use your gord! Weren't you a personal trainer? You know the answer to your own question! Hell you taught me more about lifting weights then anyone! get with the program, smell the frickin' coffee and sit down and write a program that doesn't include heavy pec work but substitute overhead work...

It's ok. off and on. some workouts are good some are frustrating, I just have to operate without getting the tendon replaced. So when I can wrap my head around not benching I think I'll be ok. Thanks for your kindness. I have had a greater experience with the Strongman world than all the other sports. There is no limit to humanity and training, knowledge, compassion and passion from the Strongman and women of this forum. Grace and Truth.

Well, I am very happy you found your way to the forum. I hope you get all of the support you need. I know all about set backs. Just stay focused on what you can change. Remember the effect your thoughts have on your progress. I will try to catch you online so we can chat a little more.

Sounds great. Maybe you can fill me in a little more on your back ground and some of the inspirational stuff. Just PM me.
ya know i've always said inzer should make a "training shirt" not a bench shirt too add pounds to your bench, but a sung shirt that would be the equivalent of briefs rehband shorts for your upper body. something where you could still move around, bench and even overhead press. i know powerlifters have detached their pec tendon and still been able to bench heavy in competition with a bench shirt. i know you're not trying to heavy bench but i wonder if some sort of a non-aggressive, loose bench shirt would be of assistance in other aspects of your training. just a thought.

How many do you know that still bench without a pec tendon and how many do you know that had it repaired and it still worked? This happened in september, was never repaired and am trying to train around it with cleans and overheads.
p.s. You guy's are full of great ideas I appreciate the genuine and realness you all bring.
