its a hardcore powerlifting gym in carrolton, one of the best in the country

they have quite a few elite lifters

I dont know exactly what type of training you're looking for though, im not sure how many strongmen impliments they have.

I live in the Denton area. We used to have a hardcore gym up here but it closed down. In the DFW area you have Bad Attitude Gym in Carrolton, Stroud's Fitness in Hurts, and Metroflex in Arlington. If you hear of any others, let me know.
