I'm 43yrs old w/ 23yrs lifting experience. Last max--BP-320. SQ-410. DL-450. Have my own complete powerlifting gym in garage. I'm very bored and tired of the typical "one lift per day" powerlifting routines. Very bored, tired of the typical "one bodypart per week" bodybuilding routines. Still want to train for strength and size, but as I'm getting older I want to be more athletic, too. Very interested in the training of Marunde and others who train more than 4 days a week and who squat more than twice a week!!! My goal is to learn about training 5-6 days a week without overtraining. Don't try to discourage me from the 5-6 days/week. I love to strength train and I'm in good health. Thanks for your help and I'll post on the training forum.
