West Coast Strongman quick note

For those of you that competed Great job. Thanks Jesse and Sarge for putting together a fantastic event. I don't know the rest of the competitors feel , but it went real fast and it was a lot of fun. The competitors got some nice shirts and some supplements. I would like to Thank Jesse and MET-RX for the free gifts. Sarge gave a nice pep talk before the start of the contest. There where some kids that stuck out the hands for some high fives -that was cool- after I flipped the biggest tire I have ever flipped in a contest (it was almost taller than me and Im 5'9") The competitors were very supportive of each other. I want to thank all of you for the great competition.
