I just ordered a stone mold from Slaters Hardware, Its supposed to make five stones from 332-395lbs. I've never made stones before so I was wondering if there's anything I should or shouldn't do to make a better stone.

Carl, do a search on this site, there has been a number of threads in the past with good tips on making stones, also I beleive Slater's Hardware has some videos on their site.

Tape them really well with duct tape. Put them in sand or in two tires, not one or you will have a flat spot.

You mean I'll have a flat spot!
Those buggers are super smooth too. I finally got that 240lb hoisted without tacky but it was a real bear. The stones are real pretty though.
