hey gang

hate to say it but i am fat!! 240 lb and I need to get to 231 by april 23rd.. i am cturrently hitting DL's on monday , OH presses on Wed and Squats on Friday with occasional event training on Sat.. the question I have. if I step up the event training to every saturday.. could i get by with 1 cardio session a week..??

just go for a one mile walk every morning before breakfast or every evening before bed. cut your gin consumption in half too ;). You'll be 231 at the apointed time.

you need to do more event training dude!

thanks Jesse.. you are a smart man.. event training starts tomorrow every week until april 23rd.... and the gin? does that mean half the times or each time simply aviod the doubles :) .. just joking.. how's your training going for the show??
