Sat. April 23rd: Did light w/o 300 log no equipment just wrist wraps and
chalk.
800lb tire flips w/ no knee
light stones up to 380 for a single
370 keg as a husafell
250 farmer holds

next w/o Mon. train conditioning.

are you carrying the keg in front like a H. stone, bear hugging it? for distance or timed hold?

You consider this a light workout?! Seems pretty good to me - I would hate to train with you on a real heavy day! Keep up the great work.

I am so glad that someone else considers the 380 stone to be a light workout. For those who don't know, Jeremy is one of the best Am. stone lifters.

Jessie, we do carry it like an H-stone and use it in some loading events.

Travis, nice to hear from you, from the pics it looks as if you guys had a blast in Hawaii.

Monday I got rained out

Tuesday: front squats-- 135x5 225x5 320x5 (no belt)
reverse sled squats-- 200x8 400x8
bench--135x12 225x12 250x5x5x5x5 30sec. intervals close grip

Ran 660 steps at the park one trip up is 220 steps.

bi's and back

300 jump ropes and med. ball crunches x20x20x30
plyos side jumps over a bench 2 sets of 10.

Football mini-camp: ran 3 40's best time was 5.41
weighed in at 326
40 yd long shuttle, and a bunch of other drills including
position drills.

First practice is Tue.

I play semi-pro. The only flag football I know is when they throw them at me for talking trash. lol
